		<description>Hey hi Ella,
I think many of these tips that I am about to share is common knowledge... but they all take some determination, some stubbornness and lots of will-power to work!

1. Cut eating portions by half (especially for rice/noodles and carbs in general)
2. Cut all sweet drinks and of course, snacks (not even fruit juice- they are high in sugar content)
3. Cut all deep fried food (yes, no more ko lo yok and stuff)
4. Eat smaller, but more frequent meals. Eat every 2-3 hours to boost your metabolic rate but remember, smaller meals!

I swim 5x10m laps once a week for general fitness, but the diet change is the most important, I feel.
All these took around 3 months for it to work, though... so be patient!

Good luck! :D</description>
